Joined Corporate Technology to streamline workflows, map and create 0-to-1 AI services, and partner with product, design, engineering, business, and leadership on several products, including a cross-organization relationship intelligence platform for Corporate Responsibility.

• Own end-to-end research and experience design for the relationship intelligence platform, mapping compliance tools and AI services across product, engineering, business, and leadership.
• Run stakeholder research with Global Government Relations, Public Engagement, and Sustainability to improve relationship intelligence and service delivery firmwide.
• Partner with product, engineering, and leadership to prioritize the roadmap across multiple products, aligning teams on what ships first and why.

Led design for Mozilla Foundation's Common Voice platform, covering new features, enhancements, and 0-to-1 products including Spontaneous Speech and Mozilla Data Collective, working with two engineers, product managers, language specialists, and one of the largest open-source communities.

• Ran discovery and evaluative research with language communities to define requirements and test prototypes, surfacing improvements quickly for products people use daily.
• Shipped two 0-to-1 products, a conversational data collection tool and a data governance and payment platform, expanding colloquial language data and giving communities control over their data rights.
• Defined a new UX strategy and rebuilt the design system as code-first components in Claude Code, cutting design-to-engineering handoff from several weeks to a few days.

Led research on internal business and engineering technology to help teams unify complex data structures, labeling, and agile sprint work, while managing junior researchers.

• Led Jira platform research while managing junior researchers, and owned end-to-end research and design to shape strategy for migrating 7,000 users from Jira Data Center to the cloud.
• Created a service blueprint aligning five stakeholder groups, from C-suite to engineering, to speed handoffs and requirements gathering.

Led usability testing and classroom ethnography on an AI-driven learning platform to help instructors identify and support struggling students in real time, while standardizing research practices across teams.

• Ran usability testing and classroom ethnography on the platform, lifting the usability score 12 percent through an alert system that surfaces students needing support immediately.
• Standardized research operations with mixed methods: contextual inquiry, in-the-wild ethnography, and survey analysis.

Designed, built, and maintained the hrsimple.com platform end to end, from customer-facing e-commerce to the internal tools staff used to serve 10,000 paying clients.

• Designed, tested, and built a consumer-grade e-commerce platform for 10,000 paying clients, owning every screen and touchpoint in production.
• Built the design system, component library, CMS, and CRM that sped up design iteration in UAT and shortened development time to production.

Mentor graduate students on research methods, portfolio development, and career paths into UX research and design, through the UCSC HCI Mentor Coalition.

Advise EverLite Media on product strategy, UX, and research practice, helping an early-stage team prioritize its roadmap and 0-to-1 concepts.
